Q1: Where do you ship to?
A1: We currently ship to the GB, Denmark, Romania, Hungary, Slovakia, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Austria, Belgium, Switzerland, Czech Republic, Finland, Ireland, Luxembourg, Poland, Portugal, Sweden, Canada, United States, Australia and New Zealand.
Q2: Is shipping free?
A2: Yes — all orders that include shoes qualify for free standard shipping.
If your order contains only accessories (e.g., socks), a small shipping fee may apply.
Q3: How long will my order take to arrive?
A3: Most orders arrive within 7–15 business days, depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking number once your order ships. For more details, please click here.
Q4: Do you offer express shipping?
A4: Not yet — we currently offer standard shipping only, but express options are coming soon.
Return & Warranty
Q5: Who pays for return shipping?
A5: For defective or incorrect items, we cover the return cost. For non-quality-related returns (e.g., wrong size), return shipping is paid by the customer.
Q6: Do you offer a warranty?
A6: Yes - all our shoes are covered by a 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects. Please contact us with your order number and photos.
